Parent & child Beginners crochet. Workshop.
Join us at the studio this Easter for a parent & child crochet workshop where tradition meets imagination! In this special beginner-friendly session, we’ll explore the art of making granny squares — but with a twist. Forget the classic pattern you might already know; this is a fresh, modern take on the beloved granny square, designed to spark creativity and make your project truly unique.
This workshop is created as a shared experience for parents and children (9 years and older), but it’s just as perfect for grandparents and grandchildren, or any duo who would love to learn something new together. Whether you’re 9 or 90, crochet is a beautiful way to slow down, connect, and create side by side.
No previous experience is needed — this is an introductory session designed especially for beginners. You’ll learn the basic stitches, how to read a simple pattern, and how to build your own “granny with a twist” square step by step.
Workshop price is for two participants and cost £65 including materials.

Kids Introduction to crochet. Workshop.
Looking for a fun and creative Easter activity to keep the kids occupied? This Introduction to Crochet Workshop for children from 9 years old is the perfect way to learn a new skill in a relaxed and friendly environment. During the session they will discover the basics of crochet, including how to hold the hook, create simple stitches, and follow easy patterns.
Each child will design and make their own colourful crochet key ring, choosing from a range of vibrant yarns to match their favourite colours and style. They'll also explore how to create fun extras such as tassels and pompoms to personalise their projects.
This hands-on workshop encourages creativity, builds confidence, and develops fine motor skills while having lots of fun. All tools and materials are included in the price, so children just need to bring their imagination. It’s a wonderful opportunity to make something special to take home and treasure.

Introduction to Tunisian crochet - 4w course
Learn this variation of crochet that is considered a mixture between crochet and knitting. Tunisian crochet uses an elongated hook and produces amazing finishes.
During the course, you will familiarise yourself with the basic stitches of Tunisian crochet as well as the differences with standard crochet. We will progress to small weekly projects to learn different techniques such as shaping, Tunisian crochet in the round and entrelac among other things.
You do not need previous experience with Tunisian crochet or standard crochet to take this course. All tools and materials are included in the fee. This 4-week course will not run on Bank Holiday Monday, 4th May.

Crochet plus: Shoulder bag. 5w course
A course for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to elevate their craft. This course focuses two shoulder bag styles.
You will learn to make two styles of shoulder bags: one crafted in a single piece and another assembled from individual motifs. You will be guided in designing your own unique shoulder bag using one of the methods. You will also learn how to line your bag, add a strap or crochet one. It is a great stash-busting project and a fun way to experiment with colour. A guide to the yarn needed for this course will be sent before the start of the course. Please, wait until you receive the guide to buy any yarn.

Crochet plus: Flowers. 5w course
A course for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to elevate their craft. This course focuses on creating a variety of crocheted flowers, including Irish roses, apple blossoms, rosebuds, geraniums, dianthus, pansies, hellebores, and more.
You will learn to crochet flowers ranging from simple to intricate designs, gradually building your skills and confidence. You will develop confidence in reading symbol charts and gain the skills to tackle any chart-based project. Through practical activities, you will explore creative applications for your flowers, such as brooches, bunting, and other decorative items. Projects will use both cotton and acrylic yarns with a standard crochet hook.

Learn how to crochet - Beginners. 5w course
Learn how to crochet and let me introduce you to this beautiful skill full of creative possibilities. You will learn the basic stitches and will be introduced to different techniques such as colour changing, how to create a textured fabric or how to work in the round.
In every session we will use a project based approach so you can make a small project while you learn every technique.
This course is for total beginners and people that might need a refresher.

Get the knitted look. Workshop
Learn how to crochet with a knitted look in this 2.5 hour, hands on workshop.
After this session, you will know the stitch variations you need to use to achieve the knitted look in your projects and garments. You will also learn how to combine these stitches with other techniques, such as short row, to create garments and pieces with a knitted look.
This workshop is not for total beginners. To follow the session comfortably you will need to know the basics of crochet (double crochet stitch, half treble stitch, treble stitch).
All the materials are included in the price which includes a crochet hook, yarn, a yarn needle and step by step printed instructions to take home. The class is taught in right-handed technique but if you are left-handed please let us know on booking.

Learn Tunisian crochet colourwork technique with Cristina (aka Tenguerengue), who will guide you through the process of making a colourful wall hanger in this 2.5 hour workshop.

This workshop is not for total beginners or people that never had contact with any form of crochet. Ideally you will know the basics of Tunisian crochet but if you have any experience with standard crochet, you are very welcome too.
All the materials are included in the price, which includes a Tunisian crochet hook, yarn in 7 different colours, a yarn needle, a wooden stick, a stitch marker and step by step printed instructions to take home.
