Parent & child beginners crochet - Workshop 

Spend a creative and colourful morning together in this parent & child crochet workshop. Over this relaxed 3-hour session, you’ll work side-by-side to create your own playful pompom and crochet bunting while learning the basics of crochet in a fun and supportive environment.

This workshop is created as a shared experience for parents and children (9 years and older), but it’s just as perfect for grandparents and grandchildren, or any duo who would love to learn something new together. Whether you’re 9 or 90, crochet is a beautiful way to slow down, connect, and create side by side.

The class is taught in right-handed technique but if your child is left-handed please let us know on booking. Price includes crochet hook, stitch marker, yarn needle, yarn and step by step instructions.

Kids introduction to crochet - Workshop 

A fun summer holiday kids crochet workshop for beginners to create their own quirky little creatures! Using colourful yarns, simple shapes, funny faces, wild hairstyles and playful details, each child will design unique mini characters to take home and treasure.

Throughout the session, participants will learn essential crochet techniques including how to hold the hook, create basic stitches, join shapes together, and add decorative finishing touches. The projects are specially designed to be fun, achievable, and creative, helping children build confidence while exploring their imagination. 

The class is taught in right-handed technique but if your child is left-handed please let us know on booking. Price includes crochet hook, stitch marker, yarn needle, yarn and step by step instructions. The workshop is suitable for children from 9 years old plus.

Learn how to crochet and let me introduce you to this beautiful skill full of creative possibilities. You will learn the basic stitches and will be introduced to different techniques such as colour changing, how to create a textured fabric or how to work in the round.

In every session we will use a project based approach so you can make a small project while you learn every technique.

This course is for total beginners and people that might need a refresher.

All the tools and materials are included in the fee.

This course will take you to the next level. The sessions will focus in understanding charts and patterns, fantasy stitches and the use of crochet to alter and complement. It will improve your skills to tackle more advanced projects.

This course is not for total beginners. You need to be familiar with the basics of crochet to benefit from it. All the tools and materials are included in the fee.

Tunisian crochet. Colourwork technique. Wall hanger. Workshop 

Learn Tunisian crochet colourwork technique with Cristina (aka Tenguerengue), who will guide you through the process of making a colourful wall hanger in this 2.5 hour workshop.

Discover essential skills to work with different colours and open up endless creative possibilities for future projects.

This workshop is not for total beginners or people that never had contact with any form of crochet. Ideally you will know the basics of Tunisian crochet but if you have any experience with standard crochet, you are very welcome too.

All the materials are included in the price, which includes a Tunisian crochet hook, yarn in 7 different colours, a yarn needle, a wooden stick, a stitch marker and step by step printed instructions to take home.

Freeform crochet. Improvers. Day Workshop.

Learn the basics of freeform crochet in this day workshop. Freeform crochet is a technique that prioritises creative expression and intuition over following a pattern. It would be a way to draw with yarn. Freeform crochet is also a fabulous way to use your leftover yarn. Although there are no rules, there are some useful techniques that will allow the learner to achieve the desired results. You will learn different ways to create organic shapes as well as joining techniques.

During the workshop the learner will be introduced to the so called 'scrumbles' which are a small, irregular pieces of crochet that are joined to create a larger, textured fabric.

This workshop is not for total beginners. To follow the session comfortably you will need to know the basics of crochet (double crochet stitch, half treble stitch, treble stitch as well as working in the round and magic ring).
