Shipping policy

Delivery information.

All our products are dispatched from Bristol, UK.

Items are dispatched on working days only, within 1-3 working days of the order date.

If you need an item quicker than this, do let me know by emailing ideally before you place your order, and I’ll try my best to accommodate.

Please make your Shipping Address is correct before completing checkout, as I’m unable to redirect orders once they are on the way to you. Shipping fees cover delivery to one postal address.

If you are gifting an item and need it by a particular date then please add a note of this to your order and we can advise if it will be possible. Gift wrapping and gift messages are available on all items if you would like to send a gift directly to the recipient. 

All parcels are packed in fully recyclable packaging and have the returns address printed on the shipping label if you need it.

If you suspect a lost delivery please email info@tenguerengue.com or complete the form on my Contact page; let me know your name, order number and address and I’ll look into this for you straight away.

All UK orders are posted by Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class. 
The estimated arrival time is 2-3 working days after dispatch.

The delivery aim is 24 hours.
