Refund policy
Tenguerengue Art Works accepts returns. The product needs to be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with all its parts and with the original packaging and label.
The buyer has 14 days from the moment they received the order to request a return. The buyer will need to request a return through our shop following the links provided in the order confirmation email.
In the order confirmation email, the customer will have the option: VIEW YOUR ORDER. Once the customer clicks that option, it will appear the option: RETURN. The customer will need to request a return before sending anything back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the return is approved, it will be notified to the buyer and we will email instructions on how to complete the return. The buyer will be responsible for the return postage fee.
We aim to refund you as quickly as possible when an item is returned to us. Most refunds are processed within 7-14 days of return. Depending on your bank, you may need to allow a further 1-5 days for the payment to clear.
The amount to be refunded will be the price of the product or products returned plus the initial shipping costs of the purchase. The returned purchase must be sent in appropriate packaging and ‘recorded and signed for’ so that is insured.
Tenguerengue Art Works will only make a refund for the cost of undamaged merchandise received in its original condition. We are not responsible if the products we receive from a return and the products indicated by the customer on the return are not the same. Tenguerengue Art Works will only refund the cost of the merchandise received.
Exceptions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of on sale items.
Exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
